Tanr\u0131, iktidard\u0131r. Ama \u015fu anda iktidar, senin i\u00e7in bir s\u00f6zc\u00fckten \u00f6te bir \u015fey de\u011fil. Art\u0131k iktidar\u0131n ne demek oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenmen gerekiyor. Birey ancak birey olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde iktidar sahibi olabilir.&#8221; &#8220;Slogan\u0131 biliyorsun: &#8216;\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck K\u00f6leliktir.\u2019 Bunun tersinden de s\u00f6ylenebilece\u011fini hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcn m\u00fc? K\u00f6lelik \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kavram\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra &#8216;\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck k\u00f6leliktir\u2019 diye bir slogan kalabilir mi?&#8221; &#8220;D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ortam\u0131 t\u00fcmden farkl\u0131 olacak. Asl\u0131na bakarsan, bug\u00fcn anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z anlamda bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce olmayacak. Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemek demektir, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye gerek duymamak demektir. Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k bilin\u00e7sizliktir.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda Rus Simonya&#8217;n\u0131n bu ifadeleri \u00c7ar I.Nikola&#8217;n\u0131n Rus \u0130mparatorlu\u011funun devlet ideolojisi olarak ortaya koydu\u011fu \u201cOrtodoksluk, Otokrasi ve Milliyet\u201d \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcs\u00fcnden &#8220;otokrasiyi&#8221; tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. Bunun i\u00e7inde insan haklar\u0131, e\u015fitlik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kavram\u0131 yok. Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n Milli G\u00fcvenlik Strateji belgesinde yer alan \u201cDe\u011ferler ve modeller k\u00fcresel rekabetin nesnesi haline geldi\u201d tesbiti \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu de\u011ferlerden yoksun Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n yeni bir kutup olu\u015fturma aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 nereye varacakt\u0131r?Bizim i\u00e7in ne anlam\u0131 olabilir ki?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orwell&#8217;in distopik (otoriter-totaliter,bask\u0131c\u0131 bir model) roman\u0131ndaki ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki yans\u0131malar\u0131 olan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc diktat\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmeye, zihinlerimizi k\u00f6lele\u015ftirmeye ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn K\u00f6lelik oldu\u011funa ikna edilmeye kar\u015f\u0131 medeniyetimizin de\u011ferleri direncimizdir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u011ferler d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n mihverlerinden biri h\u00fcrriyettir. \u00d6zg\u00fcr irade; se\u00e7me ve tercih etme melekesine sahip olma \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle do\u011fu\u015ftan kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir hak niteli\u011findedir. \u0130nsan h\u00fcrriyetini y\u0131kan esaretler ise asl\u0131nda medeniyetimizi ruhsuz, cans\u0131z b\u0131rakan zehirli sarma\u015f\u0131kt\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131n ilahi \u00f6z\u00fcn ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradesini yok sayan, de\u011ferini vermeyen, misyonunu engelleyen, kula kulluk yapt\u0131ran, hi\u00e7bir ilkeye dayanmaks\u0131z\u0131n kendi arzular\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler koyan ve yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygulayan bir anlay\u0131\u015f bu zehirli g\u00fcc\u00fcn tezah\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bireyin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na izin vermeyen \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme modelleri \u201cotoriter\u201d, \u201ctart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z sadakat ve hizmet\u201d bekleyen ve aidiyet talep eden ideolojinin k\u00f6k salmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. De\u011ferlerden uzak vesayet ili\u015fkisi i\u00e7inde \u201cdenetim iktidar\u0131\u201d egemen olan taraf\u0131n insan ya\u015fam\u0131na istenmedik bi\u00e7imlerde m\u00fcdahale sonucunu do\u011furmu\u015ftur. Bu da g\u00fcce ula\u015fma ve g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanmada b\u00fcy\u00fck e\u015fitsizliklere zemin haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan ruhunun hapsedildi\u011fi, bireysel ve toplumsal egolarla ezildi\u011fi \u00e7evre ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc dogman\u0131n sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 insan h\u00fcrriyetini bo\u011far. \u0130nsan h\u00fcrriyetini, \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradeyi ve ilahi \u00f6z olan akl\u0131 yok sayan esaret anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ise medeniyetimize tamamen yabanc\u0131d\u0131r. Medeniyetimizin h\u00fcrriyet yolu ise, insana adalet, refah, hak, sevgi, mutluluk yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcr. Birle\u015fmeyi, birbirine ba\u011flanmay\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yakup Kadri Karaosmano\u011flu 25 May\u0131s 1920&#8217;de &#8220;Ergenekon&#8221; kitab\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle yazm\u0131\u015f: &#8220;Tarihte, ta ilk \u00e7a\u011fdan beri kuvvetin daha zorlu bir kuvvet taraf\u0131ndan yenildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Fakat bir defa olsun fikirle iman\u0131n yenildi\u011fi olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&#8221; &#8220;Kuvvet, m\u00fctecaviz, doymak bilmez ve ihtirasl\u0131 kuvvet, ezeli d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 h\u00fcr fikri bo\u011fazlam\u0131\u015f, yutmu\u015f, k\u00fcre \u00fcst\u00fcnde yaln\u0131z ba\u015f\u0131na h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrer g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu. \u015eairler, kuvvetin destan\u0131n\u0131 yaz\u0131yorlar; alimler kuvvetin felsefesini yap\u0131yorlar ve kad\u0131nlar, kuvvete a\u015f\u0131k oluyorlard\u0131.&#8221; Fikir yer altlar\u0131nda galebe \u00e7ald\u0131,fikir ummanlara kar\u015f\u0131 galebe \u00e7ald\u0131 ve 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n o kadar tap\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00abk\u00f6r irade\u00bb daima,her yerde ma\u011flup oldu.Yery\u00fcz\u00fc,ne vakit ki kuvvet galip geldi,kapkaranl\u0131k oldu.
